Kristin Calendine has been creatively investing for over 20 years, with 10 years concentrated in the Real Estate Industry. Kristin has been a licensed Realtor since 2004. This experience has allowed her to provide a wide range of services to those in our community, as well as all of Ohio.

Kristin is a graduate of Wilmington College with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Education. Kristin has a PHR (Professional Human Resources) certification and attends classes to keep up to date on what is current in Human Resources. Kristin is also a past Board member of GCREIA (Greater Cincinnati Real Estate Investors Association).  Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, Kristin worked for Ohio River Company as a Human Resource Generalist, while beginning a new venture in the investing world.

Greg Unthank is a Realtor/Partner with Exit Realty - West.  He helps buyers and sellers in all phases of real estate. He is also the leader of the Wealth Building Team, specializing in real estate investment transactions.

Greg has been licensed since 1989 and brings over 20 years experience. He is a consistent top producer and has qualified the Cincinnati Board of Realtors Circle of Excellence for the past 13 years in a row.  This award is given to the top 8% to 10% of agents in Cincinnati.

Greg is from western Hamilton county. He graduated from Oak Hills High School in 1980 and the University of Cincinnati in 1985.

In addition to his role as a Realtor, Greg also trains and recruits agents to Exit Realty.

He and his wife Kim currently live in Harrison, Ohio and have four children, Marc, Kurtis, David, and Josephine.
